We will only book a ride with a valid credit card number or by check pre-paid through the mail. Your card is charged only if you fail to show up to your scheduled ride.  We ONLY accept cash or check as payment for a carriage ride.   Cancellations must be 24 Hours Prior to your ride or there will be no refund. The carriages are equipt with convertible tops in the event of light rain. However carriages will not operate in severe weather conditions. If bad weather occurs and we have to cancell you will be refunded in full. Thanks we look forward to taking you around Jefferson.
